When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email, subject, and message. Google reCAPTCHA v3 collects technical data (IP address, device/browser information, usage patterns) to assess spam risk. Server logs may collect IP and timestamps for security.
We use your data to respond to enquiries and manage our relationship (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent via the form checkbox; Art. 6(1)(b) if your enquiry relates to a contract). We use reCAPTCHA and server logs to prevent spam and ensure security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests). You can withdraw consent at any time via contact@listaventures.com.
We share data with: Google LLC (reCAPTCHA), Slack Technologies LLC (notifications of form submissions), our email/hosting providers, and IT service providers under data processing agreements where applicable. Controllers remain NexFind Consulting and Fora HR Solutions.
Google reCAPTCHA and Slack involve transfers to the United States. These transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where required.
Contact enquiries are retained for up to 12 months unless longer retention is required by law or needed to establish/exercise legal claims. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days. reCAPTCHA data is stored by Google according to their policy.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
